Luxury hotel group Crystalbrook Collection, which has a number of exquisite properties in Australia, is offering free room upgrades to Aussies who are fully vaccinated. The hotel group joins the likes of Qantas, Virgin Australia and G Adventures in introducing a vaccine-incentive strategy.
“The effects of ongoing lockdowns have been devastating to hotels, restaurants and bars, and to the people that work within these industries,” said Crystalbrook CEO Geoff York. “Vaccination is the key to saving our industry. Offering an upgrade to guests who have vaccinated themselves against COVID-19 is a small gesture of thanks so that we can revive travel and hospitality.”
Crystalbrook Collection’s portfolio includes hotels in Byron Bay, Newcastle and Surry Hills in NSW, as well as Crystalbrook Vincent in Brisbane and no less than three luxury options in Cairns.
The offer is valid for new bookings made before 31 October 2021, for stays before 20 December 2021. To get the upgrade, you’ll need to book through crystalbrookcollection.com and use the code “VAXED”. Guests will be required to show their Australian government COVID-19 certificate on arrival.
