Tasmanian distiller Lark has been supplying spirits to Australians for 30 years this July and will be partnering with Luke Mangan’s Glass brasserie to celebrate.
For one night only on Wednesday, July 20, Mr Mangan’s Glass brasserie will create an exclusive menu for a four-course dinner, with Lark supplying specially curated whiskys and other drinks for the night.
Lark Distillery’s founder and owner Bill Lark and head distiller Chris Thomson will be hosting the event, sharing tasting notes on the whiskys and stories of their 30-year journey in Australian spirits.
Tickets for the event are extremely limited and will set you back $250 per person. If you need somewhere to stay for the night, Hilton Sydney is offering 12 per cent off to guests who are attending the dinner.
