Melbourne International Comedy Festival is wrapping up but if you missed the laughs, you can catch many of the same shows at Sydney International Comedy Festival.
The festival is running this year from April 25 to May 22, with hundreds of comedians taking to the stage. If you can’t make it to Sydney, there’s also the showcase tour that makes its way through the regional areas, including Merimbula on June 3, Thirroul on June 5, Bathurst on June 10 and plenty more dates.
If you don’t have particular comedians singled out to see, you can attend a Sydney Comedy Festival Gala, running in late April at multiple venues, or catch the Sydney Comedy Festival Showcase at The Comedy Store. Check the festival website to search for familiar faces or filter by genre or location.
