Australian rail specialist Journey Beyond has released its 2023 holiday packages aboard the Great Southern train.
The Southern Wines and Wildlife itinerary includes three nights on board the iconic train, travelling Brisbane to Adelaide.
Guests will visit Coffs Harbour, enjoy the vineyards of the Hunter Valley and explore the beaches of Port Stephens and Newcastle.
On arrival in Adelaide, where you’ll stay for five nights, you’ll visit some of South Australia’s premier wine regions, before flying to Kangaroo Island for two nights to see the state’s native wildlife. The package is priced from $6760 per person for the 11-day tour, and includes most meals.
