The largest yacht in the world is currently being constructed in Norway, with a planned 39 luxury residential apartments onboard the 222-metre-long vessel.
Named Somnio, which means “to dream” in Latin, the “yacht liner” will span six decks and the apartments start at $15 million each (sales are by invitation only).
The yacht’s amenities span a 10,000-bottle wine cellar, restaurants and bars, water-sports equipment, multiple pools, a panoramic lounge and “seven-star” service.
“We are really looking forward to seeing this beautiful yacht liner sail in 2024. Owners will share a truly unique lifestyle at sea, with a hand-picked crew and a never-ending global itinerary of carefully selected destinations and experiences befitting a yacht of this nature,” said Somnio co-founder Captain Erik Bredhe.
