Learn about the history of wool at the National Wool Museum Geelong and get an art fix at the Geelong Art Gallery.
Go for a ride on a 19th century old style carousel and discover the eye-catching bollard trail with 48 sites that is a fun walk. A waterfront train is great for all age groups.

Love fish and chip? Head to the century old Boat House at Western Foreshore Road at Western Beach.
There are more than 60 wineries in the region including Moorabool Valley, the Surf Coast, and the Bellarine – each with its own microclimate. There are also breweries, cider houses and distilleries popping up. Mr Umami, Boss Burger Co Geelong West and House of Jack Rabbit are popular haunts.
