The National Gallery of Australia’s headline exhibition, Botticelli to Van Gogh: Masterpieces from the National Gallery, London, opens on March 5. With 60 paintings spanning 450 years, the exhibition includes works by Titian, Rembrandt, Goya, Turner and Cezanne.

A new face for the Hilton
The luxurious Hilton Sydney has left New South Wales’s hotel quarantine program and is ready to reveal new features of its $25-million renovation. The hotel on George Street, in the heart of the CBD, has redesigned and refurbished all 587 guestrooms since 2019.
One of the major changes is the addition of two new room types – Corner and Family. Corner rooms have extra space and extended views of the Sydney skyline, while the family option is for two city-view connecting rooms. Furnishings have also been updated, from new carpets and curtains to smart TVs and more. Rooms start from $209 per night.

World-renowned luxury French champagne brand GH Mumm will officially set sail on Sydney Harbour with Captain Cook Cruises.
Starting from mid-February, Captain Cook Cruises will serve Mumm in an ultimate French champagne extravaganza.
Each guest will be exclusively seated in a Mumm lounge suite and receive 1.5 hours of Mumm Grand Cordon Champagne, which is traditionally a cellar-door-only cuvée champagne that is typically only served in Sydney’s top restaurants and bars. Champagne will be paired with a seafood platter to share including fresh prawns, oysters, smoked salmon blinis and calamari, served in high-tea style.
