The all-new Vivid Sydney Supper Club opens on Friday and Saturday nights during the festival. Diva host Trevor Ashley has curated a program filled to the brim with jazz, cabaret, burlesque and comedy acts.

Cakes Da Killa
A leader amongst a new wave of queer hip-hop artists, Cakes Da Killa exploded out of New York. He brings his mix of ’90s grit and high energy club beats to Sydney – still with one foot in New York’s Ballroom culture and another in hardcore rap.

The Gospel According to Marcia

Are You Pulling My Leg?
Join some of Australia’s most hilarious comedians living with a disability or who are chronically ill. Bec Charlwood headlines this unique event, which features Robyn Reynolds, John Robles, Jamal Abdul and Lily Starr; and is hosted by award-winning comedian Madeleine Stewart.

Audible Live: Stories Made to be Heard
Held over three Wednesdays in June as part of Vivid Ideas Exchange, Audible hosts a series of live events with some of its most innovative storytellers. MasterChef Australia winner Adam Liaw, TV personality Melissa Doyle and filmmaker Laura Nagy tell their stories.

Baxter Dury

Spiritualized
Spiritualized brings its space-rock act into the Big Top at Luna Park for an evening of neo-psychedelia. The nine-piece British band’s latest album Everything Was Beautiful dropped in April, so expect new tunes blended in with the group’s older hits.

Vivid Music at Central Station

Gretchen Carlson and Lisa Wilkinson on Speaking Out
Bestselling author and women’s rights activist Gretchen Carlson joins TV personality Lisa Wilkinson for a discussion on the power imbalances women face each day. After going public with her experience, Ms Carlson’s story was turned into the 2019 film Bombshell.
