For an aerial view of Flinders Ranges National Park and Wilpena Pound, take a scenic flight with Chinta Air. Flights range from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Day tours are also available.
Ride the steam train, better known as the coffee pot and experience travelling along the narrow-gauge Ghan railway. It is not to be missed as it is touted to be the last of its kind in the world.

For the adventurous, the Prairie Hotel is a must. Feral meats from kangaroo, emu and camel are served, but they do have more palatable options. Take note of the dates of their annual summer closure.
Flinders Food Co is a café in Hawker which prides itself on high quality food, delicious pastries and superb coffee. The menu is constantly updated and showcases local produce. Quandong Café in Quorn is a cheap eat which is popular with the locals. If you are a fan of pies, the Quandong pie is out of this world.
