This chilly season, the NSW Snowy Valleys will host a new winter festival. The towns of Adelong (July 17) and Batlow (August 28) will host showcases of local produce and star-studded musical performances.
Adelong’s edition will be headlined by the country voice of Kasey Chambers, and a feast of the region’s famous grass-fed lamb and beef.

The Batlow leg of the festival will be headlined by Australian rockers You Am I. Batlow will be proudly showing off its apples, chestnuts, hazelnuts and truffles.
The festival will inject money into a region devastated by the 2019/20 bushfires.
